We have teamed up with another award winning farmer group to produce something truly special.
One of a kind product that is not available anywhere else in the world. We have bred a herd of cattle from Noble Japanese Wagyu and added a twist to it, as we farm in Ireland and not Japan. Most people know the word wagyu but think of fatty beef – not so. Firstly, the word "wagyu" translates to "our beef" or "Japanese Beef". With respect to our Japanese customers and colleagues, we have decided to use the breed, "Japanese Black".
Fed on a diet of grass, kale and rapeseed nuts, this beef produces amazing marbling that is good for you or the "good fats".
This beef is highly prized by our Hotel & Restaurant Customers but we decided again to put a twist on it by producing Traditional Spiced Corned beef with Wagyu... mad right?
We are using Traditional Silverside, added Pimento Spice and I can tell you it eats like butter.
